Please read carefully our Terms & Conditions, they may be subject to change if circumstances necessitate.
RESERVATIONS: A reservation is considered firm only upon receipt of the deposit.
DEPOSITS: A Charter Yacht deposit of $36,000 (i.e. $2,000 per person based on 18 passengers) is required at the time of booking. Regarding Heavenly Journey itinerary, the deposit is only $1,000 per person at the time of booking. These deposits are fully refundable up to fourteen (14) days from receipt. They are NON-REFUNDABLE afterwards.
FINAL PAYMENTS: The final payment, for chartering Berge Yacht, must be received in our offices on/or before 120 days prior to the date of arrival in Egypt. Regarding Heavenly Journey itinerary, only 60 days prior. Last minute additions must be accompanied by full payment. Acceptance will depend upon availability and various restrictions.
CANCELLATIONS: In the case of Berge Yacht, cancellations made less than 120 days, will be subject to a penalty of 75% of the total tour price plus an additional administrative charge of USD $500 per person. In the case of Heavenly Journey it will be 60 days. Any cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival in Egypt, only those funds that can be recovered from our foreign offices will be refunded. No refund for “No Show”. Air carrier(s) cancellation policy may vary and will depend upon selected Airline.
CHANGES: All changes received in writing more than 180 days prior to arrival will be subject to an Administrative Fee of USD $750 per change. Air carrier change fee vary and will depend upon selected airline. Acceptance depends upon availability of space and nature of the changes. Administrative fee charged according to change.
REFUNDS: No refund will be made for missed sightseeing tours, unused accommodations, meals not taken or any other services not used due to flight delays or any other reasons.
VISAS AND HEALTH REGULATIONS: In addition to a valid passport, U.S. and Canadian citizens can obtain a visa at any port of entry in Egypt. Israel and Jordan do not require an entry visa. The procedure of getting a visa may vary from one country to another. Visa requirements for nationalities other than U.S. and Canadian citizens vary and should be checked in good time. Participants are expected to have their own health insurance and to be in sound physical and mental health. If, in the judgment of the tour operator, any person’s physical or mental condition is such that a health or safety hazard to themselves or other, that person will be requested to leave the tour.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: A comprehensive and detailed Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended to protect your investment.
PRICE AND PRINTING DATE: As of the printing date all prices are per person. These prices are based on rates expected to be in effect at the time of departure/arrival. In the event of an increase of any of the cost factors, such as airfares, taxes, entrance fees, foreign currency exchange rates etc. C&K reserve the right to increase the prices if final payment is not made.
FINAL TOUR DOCUMENTS: The final tour documents will be forwarded 4 weeks before arrival in Egypt.
TOUR FEATURES: We reserve the right to change the sequence of the itinerary and flight schedule. We also reserve the right to substitute accommodations within the same category.
